Spreading Happiness Project -- Link Up, Vol. 2

It's that time again, people!  Lets talk about the things that made us happy this week, no matter how big or small.  This week has been tough for me between some family issues and having trouble in one of my classes.  I'm also stressed out about getting released on the 30th of this month and seeing if I still have a job to return to.

I'm thankful/happy for finding out that I don't have sleep apnea and not too much trouble breathing.  I'm just on two inhalers as a precautionary.

I'm thankful/happy for being applicable for this HOP program, so I can see doctors as needed without having outstanding medical bills.

I'm thankful/happy for having a best-friend that makes me feel a lot better just by talking to her and who I can have a lot of laughs with.  She helps me to not take life too seriously and she is always there when I need her.

I'm thankful/happy for wine and bubble bath.  I took a nice, hot bubble bath last night and poured myself a nice glass of wine with a strawberry as garnish.  I very much enjoyed my bubble bath w/ wine.  Just what was in order.

I'm thankful/happy that Jason gave me a hug this morning.  It was very much needed.

I'm Adding Two New Pages To My Blog!

Hey ya'll!  Please, feel free to check out my two new pages on my blog.  I'm adding a weightloss page where I will track my weightloss -- I have 136.5 pounds to lose!  I'm hoping that posting about it will keep me encouraged.  The other page that I've added is called, "SH Project".  If you haven't already figured it out, it stands for, "Spreading Happiness Project".  My whole blog is derived around trying to live a happier, healthier life despite having chronic anxiety and depression.  The idea of the link-up is to get people to "stop and smell the roses".  All of life isn't completely stressful.  Whether big or small, there are things that make our day.  Feel free to link-up with me every Friday for the Spreading Happiness Project.

So, since it's Friday, lets give this thing a go!

I'm happy that ... I'm getting stronger in physical therapy despite my lack of motivation to go to each session and how much I hurt afterwards.

I'm happy that ... I only have one semester left until I have my associates degree!  I'm not going to lie -- that is pretty exciting and one of my very few accomplishments in life.

I'm happy that ... Jason put the air on last night despite how much of a tight-wad he is.  I thought I was going to melt!

I'm happy that ... I've lost 3.5 pounds since Wednesday.  Every pound counts.  I'm finding that out through both my weight and the weights I use at PT.

I'm happy that ... I'm almost finished with my homework for the week.  I'm picking up my mother in law and we're going out today to get some last minute stuff for Jason's birthday party on Saturday.  He is going to be the big 31!  I'm so blessed that I get to spend yet another stress-free weekend with Jason, mom, and dad.

Thirsty Thursday -- Christmas Edition! (Link-up)

Hey ya'll!  It's getting closer and closer to Christmas with each day that passes and with that being said, it's time for our Thirsty Thursday - Christmas Edition link-up party!  Feel free to link-up below!

If you're anything like me, you believe that holidays should be reserved strictly for family.  So more than likely, I will be setting social media aside for two days to spend quality time with my family for the holidays.  It's the considerate thing to do!  With that being said, I will be hosting this link-up from December 23rd through December 26th, so that everyone has a chance to link up.

Despite the fact that I will be away from social media for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I will have scheduled posts to compensate for my absence.

For those of you who will be engaging in some social drinking this holiday season, this link-up party should be your cup of tea or err...wine or maybe even mixed drink or shot.  Whatever you drink, let us know!

I will be drinking Arbor Mist, their dessert collection.

As a friendly reminder:  Please, always drink responsibly.  While under the influence, either find a designated driver or park your bum!  Never, ever drink and drive!  Lets all be safe this and every holiday season!
